Multiple Ways to Pay

ClassicPlan’s Online Payment Form is a service we provide to make your payment online using your checking account. Your information will be sent to us over a secured page to ensure the privacy of your information. There is an $8.00 processing fee that will be automatically added to your check for this service. This is a safe, reliable option to make those last-minute payments to avoid cancellation.

To use our Online Payment by Check just follow these easy steps:

  1. Have the following checking account information available(located on the bottom of your check):
    • Routing Number
    • Bank Account Number
    • Check Number
  2. Have your ClassicPlan loan number available.
  3. Fill out the information requested on the Online Payment Form and submit it to us on our secured web page.
  4. Print out your confirmation page for your records.
  5. You will receive an email from us immediately following the transaction to confirm receipt of your payment.
  6. Void your check and DO NOT mail the check to our office.

We will credit your loan as though we had received a check in the mail. In order to receive same day credit you must submit your online payment by 4:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday. It is the borrower’s responsibility to provide valid information to process the Online payment. Make a Payment Now!

ClassicPlan Autopay is a service that allows you to automatically pay your monthly ClassicPlan payment using your checking account. It’s a safe, reliable way to make your payment and eliminate writing checks, buying stamps and sending payments through the mail. Even when you are out of town, your ClassicPlan payment will be automatically paid.

ClassicPlan Autopay:

  • is FREE of charge
  • saves time and money
  • reduces paperwork
  • eliminates lost or late payments
  • decreases check writing

This service is available at the beginning of the loan or can begin after the loan is started for the remaining payments. ClassicPlan’s monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

Sign up for Autopay Online

We have a special arrangement with Western Union for our customers to make payments via their Quick Collect service. Quick Collect is the fastest and easiest way to settle your account, because it ensures same-day delivery of your payment.

To use Quick Collect, follow these easy steps:

  1. Call 1 (800) 325-6000 to locate the Western Union Agent nearest you.
  2. At the agent location, fill in the blue Quick Collect Payment Form completely, including the following information:
    • PAY TO: Classic Plan
    • CODE CITY: CLASSIC
    • STATE: CA
  3. Be sure your name and account number are correctly written on the form.
  4. It will ensure same-day receipt of your payment and proper credit to your account. The fee charged by Western Union for this service varies.

That’s it! Your payment will arrive at our office within minutes! Using Quick Collect gives you same-day, reliable service, that costs less than many other overnight alternatives.

ClassicPlan Pay by Phone is a service we provide at a nominal fee to make your monthly payment, using your checking account. This is a safe, reliable option to make those last minute late payments to avoid cancellation. To take advantage of this service please call our Customer Service Department and request a Pay by Phone.

To use our Pay by Phone service follow these easy steps:

  1. Please have the following account information avaiable to provide to the Customer Service Representative (CSR):
    • Routing Number
    • Bank Account Number
    • Check Number

    You may find the information at the bottom of your physical checks (NOT deposit slips) as seen below:

    The rrouting number is the 9 digits between these symboles: |:. The account number is to the left of the ||˙ symbol. The check number matches the number in the upper-right corner. Three circles. Each sentence with an arrow to each circle.

    Alternativelyif you do not have physical checks and manage your account(s) electronically via your bank app or online website, you can locate this information within your account display. If you need further help, your bank will have directions specific to your particular institution for where to locate this information.

  2. Call our Customer Service Department and state that you would like to do a Pay by Phone.
  3. Give all of your checking account information to the CSR and confirm the amount you are paying.
  4. You will receive a tracking number from our CSR to confirm the transaction was completed. Please write this down for your records.
  5. Void your check and DO NOT mail the check to our office.

That’s it! We will credit your loan as though we had received the check in the mail. In order to guarantee same day credit for the pay by phone your call must be received by 4:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday.

While we don’t encourage the use of credit to pay for credit, we have credit card payments available when necessary. The credit card transaction is processed by a third party and a processing fee applies. Make a credit card payment.
